东芬兰大学（University of Eastern Finland）位于芬兰东部，是一所多学科的芬兰著名综合大学。该校由东芬兰省的两所名校约恩苏大学、库奥皮奥大学在2010年合并建立而成。现有约恩苏和库奥皮奥两个主校区，在校人数约14000人。2019年，东芬兰大学首次向北理工开放暑期项目。该项目以课程和实验为主，期满成绩合格者，将获得结业证书及相应学分（2个欧洲学分）。

一、报名条件

1.我校全日制在读大三本科生及硕士和博士研究生；

2.语言要求：英语熟练，能够适应英语教学。

二、项目内容

1.项目时间：2019年8月19日-8月30日

2.往返旅费、在外期间的住宿及生活费均由学生自行负担。

3.费用：项目费：400欧元（含接机及部分社会活动费），住宿费：286-613欧元不等（依个人选择而定），往返旅费及餐费以实际消费为准

4.报名截止日期:校内2019年5月30日，校外2019年6月15日

三、报名方法及时间安排

1.参加项目的同学需登录本科生国际交流项目报名系统进行报名；

2.参加项目的同学需在管理系统中生成“本科生赴国外和港澳台地区交流学习申请审批表”，由专业责任教授和学院教学院长签字后在系统中上传PDF版；

3.在系统中上传报名所需材料的电子版，包括申请表、成绩单、英语成绩单、个人陈述。

4.校内报名同时需登录东芬兰大学暑期项目网站（点击进入），点击Apply，选择Joensuu Summer School on Optics 2019: experience your reality，注册报名，完成缴费。
