7、学术成果

　　多年从事有机合成、特殊分离材料、分析方法和生命科学等多种学科交叉的研究工作。主持和参加了多项课题的研究，先后主持了2项国家自然科学基金的研究，“新型手性选择剂的合成及生物相容性研究”和“温度敏感色谱材料的合成及性能研究”，主持了国家十一五科技支撑课题“空间生物芯片分析仪器关键技术研究”，参加了“973”课题：高通量蛋白质分离检测系统研制与开发”和国家十一五科技支撑课题：转基因植物蛋白量值溯源关键技术研究”。

　　合成了多种新型的环糊精、杯芳烃、液晶、多作用中心手性选择剂、环糊精衍生化蛋白质、功能化温度敏感智能色谱等特殊选择性色谱固定相和毛细管电泳添加剂，成功分离了多种对映异构体和位置异构体以及生物分子核酸、蛋白和多肽等。进行了多种药物的研究开发，例如精制龙血竭的研究、糖尿病中药新药的研究、中药有效成分的分离与富集新方法研究。在国内外学术期刊上发表文章223篇，SCI收录100篇，EI收录文章23篇，申请专利10项。
