A few days ago, the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology was informed by the Council of the AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) that the School of Management and Economics had passed the AACSB accreditation for a period of five years. Through AACSB accreditation, the School of Management and Economics has joined the ranks of international elite business schools, and has become a management school hold the "triple crown" accreditation of AACSB,EQUIS and AMBA.

　　Founded in 1916, AACSB is dedicated to improving and promoting the level of higher education in business administration and accounting. It is a accreditation body for bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctorate in business administration and accounting. Together with EQUIS,AMBA, it has been praised by the international business administration education community as the three international accreditation organizations in the field of business administration, and obtaining three major accreditations is also an important symbol of the international first-class economic management discipline. Previously, the School of Management and Economics passed AMBA and EQUIS accreditations in 2011 and 2014, respectively.
