Born in 1972, she is a CPC member, doctor of engineering and a researcher. She successively served as the Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Chemical Engineering and Environment of BIT, the Secretary of the General Party Branch and the Deputy Director of BIT Library, the Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee and the Director of BIT News Center. Since January 2018, she has served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of BIT.
