Born in 1963, he is a CPC member, doctor of economics and a researcher. He successively served as the Director of Admissions Office and the Director of the Party Committee Office of Renmin University of China, the Director of the Department of Training of the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Deputy Director of China International Cooperation and Coordination Center for SME, the Deputy Director of China International Cooperation and Coordination Center for SME and the Deputy Director of China Center for Promotion of SME Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Director of China Center for Promotion of SME Development and the Deputy Director of SME Bureau (director-level). Since January 2021, he has served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee as well as the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of BIT.
