Born in 1973, he is a CPC member, doctor of Engineering and a professor. He once served as the President and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Material Science and Engineering of BIT, the Vice President of BIT since October 2021, and the Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Vice President of BIT since November 2021. Since October 2022, he has served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee as well as the Vice President of BIT.
