Born in 1969, he is a CPC member, doctor of management and an associate professor. He successively served as the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Continuing Education of BIT, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physics of BIT, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Executive Vice President of the School of Physics of BIT, the Director of the Administration Office (Informationization Office, Petition Office and Foreign Cooperation Office) of BIT, the Assistant President and the Director of the Administration Office of BIT, and the Assistant President. Since November 2021, he has served as the Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee as well as the Vice President of BIT.
