Born in 1966, he is a CPC member, doctor of management and a researcher. He successively served as the Director of the Division of Laboratory and Equipment Management of BIT, the Director of the Audit Office of BIT, the Director of the Division of Enrollment and Employment of BIT, the Director of the Department of Financial Planning as well as the Director of the Office of Education Foundation of BIT, the Assistant President, and the Vice President since October 2021. Since November 2021, he has served as the Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee as well as the Vice President of BIT.
