Postdoctor Recruitment

Qualifications and Conditions:

　　1. Have the right political direction and good academic record;

　　2. Have obtained a Ph.D. degree from the world-renowned university within the past 3 years or 2020 graduate able to get a Ph.D. degree successfully;

　　3. No more than 35 years old and in good health;

　　4. Have strong research potential and be able to conduct research work independently.

Recruitment Positions:

　　1. “TELI Postdoctor”: The postdoctor who graduate from the world-class university will get a thorough-training in BIT. After leaving the mobile station, he or she can be employed as a faculty member of BIT. The annual pay is RMB 300,000-500,000+.

　　2. Team Post: The postdoctor will support the team building of key disciplines, high-level talents and excellent young teachers. The annual pay is RMB 200,000-250,000+.

　　3. Scientific Research Post: The postdoctor will support the academic team undertaking the national and provincial programs. The annual pay is RMB 144,000-180,000+.

　　4. Ideological and Political Post: The postdoctor will support the development of ideological and political construction of BIT and serve as the tutor or researcher of the ideological and political education teaching and research. The annual pay is RMB 230,000.

　　5. Joint-training Postdoctor: The postdoctor will have a joint-training by BIT and the enterprise mobile station to facilitate the industry-university-research cooperation and the commercialization of research findings.

Benefits and Welfare:

　　1. A subsidy of RMB 200,000 per year if selected in the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents and International Exchange Program.

　　2. Social insurance and housing provident fund.

　　3. An initial research fund of RMB 50,000-180,000 if selected in the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant (Special Project or Regular Project). Award for BIT Excellent Postdoctor.

　　4. The introduced foreign postdoctors will be given an extra training subsidy of RMB 60,000 per year.

　　5. Assistance in applying for permanent Beijing residence (including spouse and children) and solving life issues of family members, such as school or nursery access for children in accordance with state policies. Providing postdoctoral apartments or housing allowance according to school policy. The same benefits and welfare as other faculty members in accordance with school policies.

Excellent Young Teachers Program

Qualifications and Conditions:

　　With a Ph.D. degree from a top global university. Excellent candidates from 100 best universities in the world or overseas researchers with at least two years of scientific research experience will be warmly welcomed.

We Offers:

　　1. Awarded as a doctoral or master tutor.

　　2. Starting grant for scientific research: RMB 400,000---1,000,000.

　　3. Basic salary: RMB 300,000 -420,000 per year and extra social insurance、public accumulation and occupational pension with a sum of RMB 100,000 Yuan per year.
