Notice on the Teaching Evaluation for graduates in the First Semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year

Schools:

Graduate School is carrying out the "Online Teaching Evaluation" for graduates in the first semester of the 2018-2019 academic year to keep abreast of the current situation of graduate teaching, discover problems, learn experience, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of graduate courses in our university. All schools are invited to inform the graduate students who have taken courses in this semester to log into the evaluation system in time (system link:http://grd-teval.info.bit.edu.cn/MasterSystem/). Requirements are as follows:

The deadline for this evaluation is March 8, 2019. The graduate students can anonymously evaluate the courses before the deadline.

All graduate students should evaluate the selected courses in an objective, fair and realistic manner according to the evaluation indicators of the graduate course evaluation in the time specified by the school. Graduate students can only view the grades and print the transcripts after completing the course evaluation to ensure the participation rate of evaluation and ensure more objective evaluation results.

The results of the graduate evaluation will be recorded in the year-end KPI of each school or as an important reference for school assessment.

The lecturers, the vice presidents of the graduate teaching of each school, and the graduate teaching officers can all visit the evaluation system to view the results in real time, and summarize according to the specific evaluation results of the course.

Teaching evaluation is one of the important channels for the school to understand the teaching situation of graduate students and students’ satisfaction. The evaluation results will serve as an important basis for improving the quality of postgraduate courses in our university. All schools should be given more attention and actively organize graduate students.
