Graduate students,

Within two months after the teacher's release of the grade, if there are special circumstances for your grades, please follow the following process:

1. Fill in the application form for the situation description and attach relevant materials.

2. Communicate with the teacher to verify the situation.

3. Ask for advice from the head of the School.

4. Finally, report to the Graduate School Training Department 311 for review (only possible if the non-postgraduate responsibility is approved). Feedback results after one week. The attachment is a template for the application.
