内观主观报告量表的发展与理论机制探讨

摘要:目的:通过分析不同研究者对内观的界定和测量上的异同,探讨如何推进对内观本质的研究。方法:对目前研究者提出的内观概念进行梳理,对多种内观主观报告量表从内在结构角度进行了分析和比较。结果:目前心理学研究中内观的概念和操作化测量上还存在较大的分歧,这种差异反映了研究者在对内观概念的理解、内观经验、研究背景和兴趣等方面的不同。结论:应该更加关注对内观训练者的质性研究和对内观效果的验证性研究,这将有利于促进心理学对内观本质多层面的认识。Abstract:Objectives: by comparing the different definitions and self-report measurements of mindfulness,this study attempts to explore the proper means to promote the understanding of mindfulness. Methods:the different definitions proposed by researchers were reviewed; the constructions of the different self-report questionnaires were compared and analyzed. Results: there are still many differences about the definition and operation of mindfulness,which in some degree reflects the differences in researchers understanding of mindfulness,their meditation experience,their research background and academic interests. Conclusions: to promote the knowledge about mindfulness,researchers should devote more to the qualitative research and investigating the outcomes produced by mindfulness practice.
