基于支持向量机的重庆市主导产业选择研究
摘要:支持向量机在解决小样本、非线形及高维模式识别问题具有优势,依据发展趋势基准、产业关联度基准、创新能力基准、区域比较优势基准和可持续发展基准构建包含15个指标的区域主导产业综合评价指标体系;运用SVM方法对重庆市43个两位数行业进行量化研究,得出了重庆市主导产业。重庆市主导产业为交通运输设备制造业、有色金属冶炼及压延加工业、石油和天然气开采业、交通运输仓储及邮政业、建筑业、通信设备计算机及其他电子设备制造业、批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业。研究结果同目前重庆市产业现状和未来产业规划基本吻合,足见SVM方法的科学
The Selection of Leading Industry in Chongqing Based on SVM

Abstract:In solving the problems of small-size samples, non-linear and high-dimensional pattern recognitions, SVM exhibits many unique advantages. In this paper, for the first time, SVM method is introduced for the selection of leading industries. Based on development trend benchmarks, industrial relational degree benchmarks, innovation benchmarks, regional comparative advantage and sustainable development benchmarks, a regional leading industry index system that incorporates 15 indicators is constructed, applying SVM method to quantitatively study 43 double-digit industries of Chongqing to find its leading industries. These are transport equipment manufacturing industry, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, oil and gas exploration industry, transportation, warehousing and postal industries, construction, communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, accommodation and catering industry. The research results of Chongqing are in basic congruity with its current situation and future development plans, demonstrating that SVM method is scientific, rational and forward-looking.
